Description of the Work: This canvas unfolds a captivating nighttime scene: the stillness of a forest interrupted by the appearance of an extraterrestrial being. Its tentacles, reminiscent of a giant octopus, reach out to the sole source of life and light in the darkness: an inhabited caravan. Light plays a crucial role in this work, not only illuminating the scene but also acting as a beacon for the unknown, symbolizing the allure to what stands out in the shadows.

The trees, far from being snow-covered, are firs bathed in moonlight, providing a contrasting serenity to the encounter with the unknown. The caravan, surrounded by scrap metal and iron remnants, becomes the epicenter of this visual narrative, where the ordinary and the fantastic collide in a silent dialogue.

Artistic Reflection: This painting is my contemplation on human curiosity, that innate fascination with the conspicuous, the superficial that often hides unexpected depths. Through my art, I seek to capture that duality, the interplay between the familiar and the mysterious, and how sometimes, in our search for light, we find more than we bargained for.
