This piece is a tribute to one of my all-time favorite characters. Slimer has inspired me for decades — ever since I first watched Ghostbusters in a hotel room during a family vacation, when I was about 8 years old. That moment hit different, and the character never left me.

In this version, I’ve turned Slimer into a porcelain figure — a symbol of fragility, both physical and emotional. From his cracked body, junk food bursts out: burgers, hammers, and chaos. It’s a metaphor for how we treat our own bodies — fragile like porcelain, yet constantly bombarded by processed food and bad habits. Slimer, after all, devours everything in his path… and most of it is trash.

This print is loud, weird, nostalgic — and also a reflection on excess, consumption, and the wreckage we sometimes call “fun.”
